Barre

Breathe Barre

This fitness class will focus on strengthening, firming and toning your body from head to toe! You will be performing exercises that deeply isolate your muscles and work them to fatigue. All movements will have a pilates foundation, focusing on the core to maintain proper form and alignment. You will see and feel the results of your new lean and fit body! Upbeat music, ballet bar, hand weights and other props will be incorporated into the class for a fun, full body workout.

We will end with a brief shavasana and an essential oil massage.

All fitness and skill levels are welcome. Modifications can and will be provided.

Breathe Pilates

Pilates is a safe, low impact work-out that will complement any exercise regiment that you have. Strengthening your “core” provides stability and will allow you to enjoy moving your body in other ways (through other exercises and/or functional movements) to prevent injury. Our pilates mat class will focus on your “core” as the foundation for building strength and stability, toning muscles and improving your flexibility. The exercises are designed to not only strengthen, but lengthen your muscles for a longer, leaner look.

You will look and feel younger!

We will end with a brief shavasana and an essential oil massage.

Breathe Sculpt

This low impact class is designed to build strength by using hand weights and other studio equipment to condition and sculpt the entire body. While focusing on proper form and alignment; you will build long, lean muscle, improve balance and mobility.

*Please note, only indoor sneakers will be permitted for this class (no street sneakers). You can do this class barefoot. Most of our classes are taken barefoot and we need to ensure the studio floors stay clean and safe for our clients.

Breathe Pilates / Barre Fusion

This class will begin with instruction on how breathing and core activation provide the foundation for all movement by focusing on the mind body connection. We will flow through the fundamental mat pilates exercises and then make our way to the barre for some standing exercises. Hand weights and other props may be incorporated into this class. You will feel your body in a whole new way and get a great workout too!

We will end with a brief shavasana and an essential oil massage.

Breathe Barre / Sculpt Fusion

This class is a dynamic fusion between our Breathe Barre and Breathe Sculpt classes! The other really fun part that you not only get a blend of our two most popular classes, you also get the energy of having Nicole and Cari teach this class together! The class is designed to alternate back and forth between the Breathe Barre class “tracks” and upper body Breathe Sculpt class sets. The Barre tracks will focus on strengthening, firming and toning your lower half by isolating your muscles and working them to fatigue. The Sculpt sets will focus on the upper half of your body, building strength by using hand weights and other studio equipment to condition and sculpt. You will also build muscle, improve balance and mobility.

Yoga

Breathe Yoga

For all levels, this class utilizes conscious breathing and intentional movement to organize the body, release tension, and cultivate a meditative mind. Orient yourself in the present moment, expand your awareness, and find a state of flow through integration of mind, body, and breath.

Kickboxing

Breathe Kickboxing

This class combines martial arts techniques with high-energy music. Through the use of punches, knee strikes, kicks, and core activation we will build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories while building lean muscle. We will end with core work, stretching and mobilization exercises.

Breathe Adult Ballet

This beginner level class, set to classical music, will move you through barre work from pliés to stretching, then into the center to build your foundation for turns, jumps, leaps, and combinations. You’ll build strength, tone, and flexibility as you discover the joy and beauty of ballet. This is an open level class that will provide modifications to meet all adult dancers where they are. This class is open to beginners.

GROOV3™

GROOV3™ is a hip hop choreography-based cardio dance class. You’ll learn an easy-to-follow hip hop combination, taught in a dance fitness format. A nonstop DJ mix creates a club-like atmosphere where you can sweat, move, and feel like a dance superstar. All fitness levels are welcome, whether you are a beginner wanting to learn how to do choreography in a low-pressure (but energizing) way, or if you are an experienced dancer looking for a great cardio workout.
